Each call is billed in 60-second increments, rounded up (2.00 billed minutes per call at your average). Estimate only; actual charges follow measured call duration.
Prepaid credit
Top up from your dashboard via Paystack. Your wallet is credited only after the payment is verified.
Usage-based
Calls are charged by measured duration using the billing increment shown. Different providers or features may have different rates.
Separate costs are disclosed
Phone number rental, SMS, WhatsApp and recording are listed separately when they apply. There are no hidden fees.
Promotional credit
Any promotional credit is shown separately from purchased credit and is used first.
Refunds
Unused purchased credit may be refunded on request within 90 days of purchase, minus any payment processing fees that cannot be recovered. Promotional credit is not refundable.
Test calls
Test calls from your browser are real calls with the real AI voice, billed per minute like any other call.
We do not offer unlimited calling and cannot guarantee sales outcomes. Rates may change; changes apply to usage after the new rate is published.
