Features
What your receptionist can do today, and what depends on the voice provider you connect.
A receptionist configured for your business
- Ten editable templates: retail, restaurants, hospitality, real estate, clinics, schools, professional services, logistics, online stores and general support.
- Choose a professional, warm or formal tone and a greeting that introduces your business.
- Set qualification questions, objection guidance and when to escalate to a human.
Grounded in your approved information
- Add FAQs, products, services, approved prices, delivery and return policies, and opening hours.
- Items without an approved price are described as “price on request” — never guessed.
- Each business's knowledge is stored separately and protected by row-level security.
Honest sales behaviour
- Explains value using your approved details and suggests a sensible next step.
- No false urgency, fake scarcity or invented discounts.
- Order and appointment requests are recorded for staff confirmation — the receptionist never claims something is booked until your team confirms.
Leads, calls and follow-up
- Call history with transcripts and summaries when the provider supplies them.
- A simple CRM: new, qualified, contacted, converted or lost — with CSV export.
- Consent is recorded before contact details are saved. SMS/WhatsApp follow-ups only where supported and enabled.
Prepaid wallet in naira
- Top up through Paystack. Payments are verified server-side before your wallet is credited.
- Append-only ledger, downloadable statements, low-balance warnings and spending limits.
- Test calls are real calls with the real AI voice, billed per minute from your prepaid wallet.
What depends on your provider
Live phone answering, number provisioning, call transfer, recording, live transcripts, and Hausa/Yoruba/Igbo voice quality depend on the configured voice provider and its approval of your account. The dashboard shows exactly which capabilities are available and never shows an unsupported feature as enabled. Connecting an existing MTN, Airtel, Glo or 9mobile line may require call forwarding, SIP/PBX integration or porting, which must be confirmed for your setup.
